Warantty Terms and Condition

For Machines
(1) The Seller confirms that the machines supplied are covered by 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchase only, if the buyer use the ink supplied by the Seller. The Seller must make sure the spare parts of the machineare not discontinued in 3 years from purchase date, the spare parts hardware and exchanging service is chargeable after one year warranty period ending. The service charge is free for 5 years(ONLY when the buyer using the ink supplied by the seller)
(2) The Seller provides no warranty in respect of the machines supplied which are not delivered and/ install by the Seller. Signature of a delivery note shall constitute proof that machines were supplied and/or delivered in a thoroughly good condition; in the event where the buyer transports the machine(s) himself needs to be inspected by the seller before the delivery vehicle leave the warehouse.
(3) The buyer shall not return or replace the machine for any reason without the consent of the seller. Within warranty time period , The buyer can exchange with the new machine after the seller failed to fix the machine in 6 weeks time after problem reported.
Installation&Programming
(1) The seller will assemble and testing the machine at buyers workshop, The buyer must prepare the power regulator device and earthing cable before the machine installation, otherwise the machine can not be installed. The buyer sign the assemble report after accept the machine testing result.
(2) The assemble fee is free if the the machine installation at sellers business city, If the machine will be installed out of the buyer city, the buyer should pay the transport and accommodation fee to the seller.
For Materials
All consumables, except for machines, within one month of purchase, if the products have not been opened for use, our company will unconditionally return or exchange them for free.
