Working principle
The UV DTF printer prints the colour ink, white ink and varnish successively on a special transfer film. The ink is instantly cured by UV light, forming a bright, long-lasting, slightly raised image. After printing, the design is covered with an adhesive film (B-film) and then manually transferred to different surfaces without the need for a heat press
Application Scenarios
UV DTF technology is suitable for a wide range of flat surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, leather, wood and ceramic. It is ideal for personalising mugs, phone cases, plaques, leather goods, handicrafts and stickers, especially in the areas of e-commerce, small series and creative workshops.
