Specifications

  •  Minimal buildup on the press – incorporates Co-plus technology which minimizes material buildup during printing. This significantly increases productivity by reducing press downtime and helps prevent garments damaged by printing defects.

  • Incorporates Co-Plus technology which minimizes fibrillation, a soft gel for easy handling of ink on and off screen, offers a soft touch and reduces buildup on the press, thus increasing productivity.


Stencil: Use suitable plastisol emulsions such as Ulano Proclaim or Proclaim EC Epicure or Autosol 5000 or a solvent-resistant capillary film
Raclette: Generally, a blade angle of 65 to 75°
Mesh: 32 – 120T (finer mesh with Seritone)
Cleaning:  WPS plastisol ink cleaner , standard  or  biodegradable  screen cleaner 
Drying:160°C (90 to 160 seconds depending on the equipment, color, garment, and ink deposit). However, it is always recommended to perform a test wash to check drying.
